Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.

Yes. Our small class sizes allow us to offer individual guidance and options, so you can work at a level that suits your body and experience.

All classes can be booked online through our booking system. Simply choose a time that suits you and reserve your space.
